Rick DeClute

Growing up in a family of realtors provided Rick with a solid foundation from which to build his own business. Rick was educated in Vancouver and pursued a career in the field of social services, in particular working with at risk youth. This work provided him with an exceptional ability to understand and mediate the most challenging of negotiations. Upon returning to Toronto, Rick began selling real estate with his father Gerry and went on to found DeClute Real Estate with his sister Rochelle DeClute. Ranked as the single top selling real estate agent in the City of Toronto for 2015 Rick firmly believes that quality and experience will drive results.

Rochelle DeClute

Rochelle's brother Rick convinced Her to join the business a few years after he had begun his career. Rochelle had previously worked for her grandmother's real estate company during her youth and so she had an early start in the business. Surrounded by realtors all of her life Rochelle followed in her father Gerry DeClute's early footsteps and became a claims adjuster. She developed exceptional communication skills working with litigated settlements. Rochelle has completed her education to become a broker and together with her brother Rick they have built the brokerage. Rochelle loves the design, decor and staging aspect of real estate. Her passion is people and she loves working with clients and agents.

Patrick Devine

Patrick brought to DeClute a wealth of experience in client service and sales. He quickly became one of the top selling Realtors with DeClute and enjoys servicing many repeat and referral clients. His 20 years plus experience with the special event industry has given him an eye for detail and an appreciation of the importance of a perfect presentation. One of his many strengths is his skill in servicing his clients, his motto is certainly "my clients always come first". Tyler DeClute

The most recent member of DeClute to enter the family profession, Tyler is the product of four generations of Real Estate upbringing. During his years in University Tyler worked for a large Beaches construction company where he gained valuable insight into home renovations and repairs. After graduating from York University with an Honours B.A, Tyler moved abroad where he spent almost a year traveling throughout Southeast Asia. From Southeast Asia, Tyler moved to Australia where he worked in a number of industries ranging from government corporations to large agricultural operations. With such a broad range of professional and cultural experience, Tyler has the skills and knowledge that allow him to provide exceptional service to any client. Tyler's number one goal is his clients' happiness and he will go to any length to achieve that goal.

Odane Harding

Odane possesses a thriving passion and love for real estate. He attended the University of British Columbia through Seneca College, where he graduated from the Real Property Administration Program with Honours. Odane's avid interest in real estate is demonstrated through his interactive approach in building client relationships and his long withstanding membership as a Real Estate Investment Network member(REIN). He has an array of knowledge and experience in renovations and real estate investing. This translates into how hard he works to assist his clients with their real estate goals.

Laura Stephens

Adrienne Kassen

Adrienne is a second generation realtor and lifelong beach resident. After joining her family team, Team Kassen, as an administrator in 2005, she chose to follow in her family's footsteps and become a licensed realtor in 2007. Wanting to branch out and experience different areas of our great city, Adrienne joined a successful team uptown. Now, armed with over a decade of experience in real estate, Adrienne is very excited to be back in the Beach with the Declute team.

Karen Kubis

Karen grew up in the business as her father was a successful Broker in Essex County for nearly 55 years. As well as valuable experience in all aspects of the market, she studied Environmental Studies at the University of Waterloo with a focus on Urban and Regional Planning. Karen is also a past member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and worked as a full time Appraiser in Toronto for Banks,Trust Companies, Government Departments and Private Individuals. Karen's extensive sales experience in Metro Toronto and specifically the Beach and Bluffs make her a valuable asset to the DeClute team. 

Audrey Larter

While all the skills involved in a real estate transaction are pertinent to success, Audrey believes the first step is obtaining a clear understanding of a buyer or seller's goals, needs and wants, while providing clear and honest answers to their inquiries. Her areas of expertise cover a wide range of disciplines. She obtained a degree in Law from Carleton University and managed an international model and talent agency for eight years, which took her to more than 50 countries. Her background in sales and law honed her skills as a negotiator and advocate for her clients. Having lived in downtown Toronto and the Beach area, Audrey has gained extensive knowledge of the eastern GTA real estate market. Emily Norris launched her real estate career nine years ago, after leaving a successful job in magazine publishing. Her editorial and sales background at various award-winning Canadian interior magazines has provided an expansive knowledge of both residential and commercial interiors and all they entail - from renovation, design, technology and trends in the housing market. A third-generation Beach resident whose own homes have been featured in design magazines on a regular basis, real estate sales was a natural next step, and Emily has become a consistently top-selling agent in the fast paced Toronto market.

John den Ouden

John den Ouden began his real estate career over twenty five years ago. A Montreal native, he came to Toronto after completing a Computer Science degree at Concordia University spending 5 years in the IT world before turning to real estate. John has, along with his wife, Stephanie, renovated homes on various levels and has a solid understanding of building & construction. Carley McIntosh

Over her several years working in an administrative capacity at DeClute, Carley developed a passion for the real estate business and has now made the transition into sales. Prior to her real estate career, Carley studied kinesiology at The University of Toronto where she graduated with an honours degree. She is an active member of the community, coaching a number of competitive youth volleyball teams and volunteering her time to walk dogs at The Toronto Humane Society.
